Elopement Experience | $500
For couples who believe the most meaningful moments are often the simplest. Our Elopement Experience offers an intimate, romantic setting to exchange vows, capture beautiful memories, and celebrate your love without the stress of a traditional wedding.

Access to the Bridal Suite and Groom's Loft
Choice of indoor chapel or outdoor ceremony location
Up to 50 guests
Available Monday–Thursday only

Morning Elopement: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon Elopement: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This package is designed for an intimate ceremony and photography. A traditional reception is not included. All setup, getting ready, photography, and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental hours.

Micro Weddings
Micro Wedding Experience | $1,500
An intimate celebration without sacrificing the moments that matter most. Our Micro Wedding Experience is designed for couples who envision a beautiful ceremony followed by a relaxed reception with their closest family and friends. Enjoy the meaningful traditions of a wedding day in a more intimate, simplified setting.

8 hours of venue access
Access to the Bridal Suite and Groom's Loft
Choice of indoor chapel or outdoor ceremony location
Access to the Reception Hall
Up to 100 guests

Morning Micro Wedding: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon Micro Wedding: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
This package is designed for an intimate ceremony and a simplified reception. All decorating, getting ready, photography, ceremony and reception activities, vendor setup, and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $200 per hour, subject to availability and prior approval.
Couples envisioning a full traditional wedding day with extended preparations and reception festivities are encouraged to explore our Weekday Wedding Package.

THE PROCESS
Schedule a Tour — Start by booking a private tour of Four Fifteen Estates. You'll get to explore the venue, walk through the ceremony and reception spaces, and ask any questions you have.
Choose Your Package — After the tour, decide which rental package fits your vision and needs. We'll help you compare options so you feel confident in your choice.
Contract + Invoice — Once you've picked your date and package, I'll send over your contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once these are completed.
Customize With Add-Ons Anytime — You're welcome to add upgrades at any point in your planning process! Whether you want a photo booth, marquee letters, dance floors, audio phone booths, bar services, or anything else—we'll simply update your invoice whenever you're ready.
