A Walk Down Memory Lane

Celebrating 5 Years of Four Fifteen Estates

There are some dates that don’t just live on a calendar… they live in your heart forever.

For us, that date is April 15th.

One of my favorite wedding photos from our wedding day

April 15th, 2017 — Where It All Began

Before there was a venue… before there were buildings… before there was even a plan…

There was just us.

A bride. A groom. A whole lot of love. And a dream we didn’t even know was forming yet.

On April 15th, 2017, we said I do.
And looking back now, it feels like that day planted more than just the beginning of our marriage. It planted the seed for everything Four Fifteen Estates would become.

2020 Breaking Ground — A Leap of Faith

At the time, we didn’t have it all figured out. We didn’t even have a name for the venue.
But we had a vision… and we had each other.

Breaking ground wasn’t just about building something physical. It was about stepping into something unknown. Something bigger than us.

There were long days, big prayers, and moments where we had to choose faith over fear.

But we kept going.

I have searched and searched and cannot find the sermon from around that time, but here is a similar one preached by the same preacher Jeff Shreve. It’s an amazing message over Ephesians 4:15 sermon

The Name — Four Fifteen

Choosing a name was, without a doubt, one of the hardest parts.

We didn’t want something random.
We didn’t want something trendy.

We wanted something that meant something.

We went back and forth for what felt like forever… waiting for something to feel right. Something that felt like us.

And then, piece by piece, it all started to come together.

April 15th: our wedding day.
The land: 415 County Road 2101.

And then one day, we heard a message over Ephesians 4:15.

“Speaking the truth in love…”

And in that moment, it just clicked.

Four Fifteen wasn’t just a date.
It wasn’t just a number tied to a place.

It became a reminder of how we wanted to build this
with love, with truth, and with a foundation that meant something deeper.

And from that point on… there was no question.

It was always meant to be Four Fifteen. 🤍

July 2020 — Sharing the Dream

The day we announced Four Fifteen Estates was one we’ll never forget.

It felt vulnerable.
It felt exciting.
It felt like saying out loud, “We believe in this.”

And the support that followed? It meant everything.

Because suddenly, it wasn’t just our dream anymore.

2021 — Our Grand Opening

Five years ago, on April 15th, we officially opened our doors.

And standing there that day… it felt surreal.

What started as an idea had become a place.

A place where love would be celebrated.
A place where stories would begin.

At that time, Four Fifteen Estates was home to:

  • Gracyn’s Chapel

  • The Reception Hall

  • The Bridal Suite

Even then, we knew… this was just the beginning.

2022 — The Legacy Altar

In our second year, we added something that felt deeply personal. We built our outdoor ceremony space, the Legacy Altar.

Nestled among the trees, it became a place that honored legacy, family, and the generations before us.

It quickly became a favorite.
And every time a couple stands there, it feels like something sacred.

2023 — The Tiny Homes

Year three brought something we had dreamed about for a while: our tiny homes.

We wanted couples to not just have a wedding day… but an experience.

A place to stay.
To slow down.
To soak in every moment with the people they love most.

Watching families laugh on the porches and brides wake up on wedding morning just steps away from the venue… it’s been one of our favorite additions.

2024 — Marion Banks Stephens and Finishing The Tiny Homes

Year four was one we’ll hold especially close to our hearts.

We finished the tiny homes… and at the same time, our world grew in the sweetest way.

We brought home our son, Banks.

In the middle of all the building and dreaming, life slowed down in the best way.
Our perspective shifted.
And Four Fifteen Estates began to feel even more meaningful.

Because it wasn’t just a place where love stories were celebrated. It became part of the legacy we were building for our family.

2025 — Building Our Home

Year five was especially meaningful because we built our home right here on the property.

Four Fifteen Estates isn’t just where we work…
It’s where we live.
It’s where we’re raising our family.
It’s where our story continues to unfold.

There’s something so special about pouring into a place that has given us so much.

Happy 5th Birthday 415!

2026 — The Next Chapter

And now… here we are. Five years later.

So many weddings (355 to be exact). So many memories.
So many moments we wish we could bottle up forever.

And somehow, it still feels like we’re just getting started.

Year five is bringing exciting things. New additions, new ideas, and new ways to serve our couples even better.

We can’t wait to share what’s coming soon.

Looking Back… and Ahead

If you had told us on April 15th, 2017 what this would all become…
we probably wouldn’t have believed you.

But here we are.

And the truth is… this place isn’t just ours.

It belongs to every couple who has trusted us with their day.
Every family who has celebrated here.
Every memory that fills these spaces.

So from the bottom of our hearts… Thank you for being part of our story.

Here’s to the past five years and everything still to come. 🤍
